Our design remit was to create a bespoke interior design scheme as part of Randall’s full property renovation, to include reconsidered layouts, architectural finishes and soft furnishings for a new destination restaurant overlooking Cobo Bay. 

While coastal in locale, our concept sought to juxtapose interior architectural detailing balancing an urban sensibility, with a nod to the property's Victorian heritage. Our solution included flexible, loose furnishing arrangements throughout all zones to allow the client greater potential for selling private functions. Our colour palette drew inspiration from Cobo’s pale grey skies, ochre lichen, and particular shade of sea foam green. Textures and finishes such as seagrass, burnished brass, pearlescent tiles and caviar-like lighting added visual interest.

La Reunion's interior project was shortlisted for the International Hotel and Restaurant Awards, as well as the SBID International Design Awards.
